POP® Easy Entry Rivets
Easy Entry blind rivets feature an innovative "cone head" mandrel point which lines up odd-shaped or misaligned holes in multiple sheets of material to make production easier and faster.
These rivets insert quickly and provide an excellent hold in thin-gauge metals such as aluminum and steel. Typical applications include commercial lighting, copier equipment, appliances, automotive component assembly, recreational vehicles, metal duct work, office furniture, vending machines, lockers, acoustical ceilings, signs, and aluminum doors.
Easy Rivets also offer improved radial expansion during setting to help ensure a strong and tight fit, even in oversized holes.
