AG-800, AG-801, AG-802, AG-803

 

The AG-800 is a lightweight and compact, but rugged, semi-automatic stud welding tool designed to weld any length stud with a weld base diameter range of 12 gauge through 5/8 inches.

• The AG-801 incorporates a hydraulic plunge dampener in the gun to minimize weld spatter and provide better weld fillet control.
• The AG-802 is the same as the AG-800 but includes a 25' cable.
• The AG-803 is the same as the AG-801 but includes a 25' cable.

The AG-804 is a set-lift style stud welding arc gun designed with fast response, which is necessary for short cycle applications. The lift setting is adjustable. With the addition of the gas foot-piece, ferrule-less stud weld consistency is greatly improved. The lightweight and compact, but rugged stud welding arc gun can weld any length stud with a weld base diameter of 12 ga through 5/8 inches.

AG-805

The AG-805 is a shaped-to-the-hand semi-automatic medium-duty stud welding tool. Welds any length stud with a diameter range of 12 gauge through 5/8 inches.

AG-900

The AG-900 is a shaped-to-the-hand, semi-automatic heavy-duty stud welding tool. A specially designed hydraulic plunge dampener is standard on the gun for weld-thru-deck and large diameter (1/4 - 1 1/4 inches) stud welding applications.

Bantam A-58

The Bantam A-58 stud welding gun is a multipurpose, compact, lightweight tool designed for use in the arc stud welding process. Welds any length stud with a diameter range of 12 gauge through 1/2 inch.
